When we are playing in a DotA 5x5 -XL game, the -random command does not work. There still are players that know this command and it is very stressful not to find an answer. When it is my turn to choose a hero typing -random does nothing.
Does anyone else want the answer to this question?

How do you random your hero in -XL mode?
If you are in slot 5 or slot 10, you, i.e. the last player to be picked, cannot use the -random command at all

The other way if that command doesn't work for you is to stay afk during the draft. You will realize that you will start to lose gold due to the delay in choosing the hero, and it will choose itself, and you will recover most of your lost gold, you will be left with approximately 700.
