I don't think it's a good sleep pattern at all. You should go to bed at 9 pm and wake up at 6 am, ideally. Because sleeping after 6 am does not count, since the body wakes up/works intensively starting from 6 am. Also, from 9 pm to 12 am, the body’s nerve cells are restored, that is, cell regeneration occurs. Therefore, watch your sleep pattern, and not only sleep. Watch your health carefully, because health only goes away and this is inevitable. Health can be somehow maintained, but this is also a temporary phenomenon. If you want to live a long and rich life, be careful with yourself.

News, Kane has come to Bayern and so far nothing is working out. Losing in the Cup final, losing 5 points to Bayer in the championship. Yesterday we actually lost to Lazio away in the Champions League
