It is time to take care of the security of your account. Lately we had increase in number of support tickets about restoring access to the accounts. That is a serious business, since the account has all your ladder points, cups and most importantly - friend list. We need to take care of this, together.
Mandatory password change
New ladder season is around the corner, and before that time everyone must change their passwords to more secure ones. Meaning, you will not be able to log in with old password, anymore.
New password must contain:
| Numbers | 1234567890 |
| Upper case letters | ABCDEFG… and so on |
| Lower case letters | abcdefg… and so on |
| Special characters | !@#$%^&*()_+… and so on |
| The deadline for a password change is: 31/05/2023 |
Surprisingly easy passwords
So many people still use extremely simple passwords, that makes it really easy to steal your account. Just by typing in from the list of the most commonly used passwords.

How to change your password
Just head to your account > settings and scroll down to the password section. Type in your current password and put in, two times, your new one. Hit "Submit" and you are done!
1. Click on a Wrench icon takes you to Account Settings
2. After a bit of scroll down, here is the form to change a password
- If you forgot your old password — you can recover it via Email
- If you forgot an email too - create a ticker for Technical support
New season with a new Password
Only those who changed their password will be able to play in a new season.
After the new season starts, users who missed this post will have to be in a queue for a password change, that might take several days to clear.
Please, make sure you do it beforehand, so you can enjoy the game right away.
And remember
iCCup staff will never ask for your password.
The only people who will ask for your passwords are scammers!
