Like 90% of iccup is russian or from countries around russia. Many of these players turn on a vpn and select a different country when they make an account. I think there are 2 reasons for this, one is that they can easily be the best of a country since there aren't many players of the country they select. The other reason is that other people wouldn't quickly know where the person is from. Many uzbeks do this because apparently russians dislike uzbeks, but russians do it themselves as well.
Its about game not about where are you from....

You can join good channel to find good / average players, some of them can speak english "atleast"

Also there are ex semi pro finnish player, he coming PD channel pretty often, but he playing on new accs mostly because his KDR / KDA high 10-18+ :D from 20-30Games, he got a lot of new accounts to play without beign kicked for "good stats" since people think he MH but he streaming often tho /twitch.tv/erlenkeel
