Hello! I got muted for 2 days by chatbot, but I did not receive any inbox message regarding the reason, I did not swear any other player...can somebody help me out? Thanks!

You don't have to swear to get muted, maybe something else triggered the chatbot to mute you.

However, for the next time If it happens, please take a screenshot (chat) with /time command and post it here, and we'll take care of the rest!

P.S. You got muted by our automatic chatbot- automatic service.

Thanks for the answer, but I really don't know what I did. This is the second time in the last 10 days that I get muted for 2 days, while in game. The first time I thought it was some system error and just waited 2 days, now I have 0 clue why I was muted..where can I find more info about this automatic chatbot? Thanks!
