1) someone reported you and you got muted, you would be able to access that report from your messages
2) it was only temp mute purchased in the store which lasts for 10 minutes

Hi dear User! There are a lot of reasons why you could be muted. Insulting parents or racism etc. I advice you to be patient and wait the end of the punishment.
However, if you protest to the decision of Administration, please contact with the Admin who penalized you. I strongly belive that the Admin will explain you why you got Chat Blocking!
