1 Unpack FPSUnlocker.mix.

2 Place the unzipped file in the Warcraft III root folder or in - Redist/Miles in the root folder.

3 Enjoy.

I also downloaded it for myself out of curiosity to find out if it works or not, so far there seem to be no changes, we will continue testing)
