I did as sanjar said but it didn't work. new tab opens and closes immediately but download does not start. maybe i'm not good enough

Hi all, I don't know why you guys are surprised by this but download link hasn't been working for so long. You need to figure out it asap. People are getting the files from each other. And opening the download link in another tab doesnt work as well. I also tried changing vpn it didnt work too.
