When I get a private account from my card, which I have always bought until now, I encounter an error like this. ''Unfortunately, it was not possible to pay with this bank card. Try using a different card or payment method. '' Can you help me ?

Unfortunately, due to recent events on the world market, some services fail, while others have completely ceased their activities, perhaps temporarily, perhaps not. In this regard, if you could not pay with your current card, we recommend choosing a different payment method or another card. I have all payments going through a Visa card, and everything is successful. Try different ways.

If nothing helps, then you should contact our technical support.

Same here, I'm from Peru and I used to purchase cups with my Visa credit card. Now appears the same message ''Unfortunately, it was not possible to pay with this bank card. Try using a different card or payment method.'' Any solution there?

I had the same problem. But I created a virtual card with Wise and it helped. Recommend to try this or other online services.
