Why is a russian admin responsible to handle the reports of EU based players?
I just write a detailed post to an admin who gave me a penalty and all i get back is a russian "wat?"
What exactly is the logic behind this system when i can't even defend myself when i am being wrongfully punished by an admin. Already reported the admin for admin abuse just now, since i didn't do the things i was reported for, but still it leaves a sour taste in my mouth.
Also this is not the first time the iccup report system failed me, every season i have multiple reports that don't even get handled within the season itself and then a notification at the end "the season ended".
Reports going back 2 months prior that leave untouched for that entire duration, yet when i am reported and wrongfully a lot as well they are handled almost instantly and without solid proof or consideration of the circumstances at all.

if you complain from eng version, be sure that your ticket won't be solved soon
