played 2 games in a row and figured out bloodseeker with mjolnir apparently make the passive effect of mjolnir goes crazy.. like id never seen so much light on my screen, i mean as a long dota player it is a clear issue, that may need review and be patched asap, thank you!

Same. There are a lot and very often lightning from Mjolnir in r404-rc. I think this was done on purpose, as Mjolnir can now be dispelled with Diffusal Blade.
