today i got 3 times in a row dropped...at around 20 mins 3 games in a row game drop me ...how do i get my points and looses back?

i cannot understand why noone from support replys to my questions...3 days now and still no answer...i think its unfair to get looses and loose points when its not my fault but it seems that nobody cares...
