Who takes 10%?

iCCup Stacraft section keep the 10% for further events and to cover eventually PayPal transaction fees (if ppl send us moneys not using PPcount, but directly with CC etc, there is 3,9%+0.35$ tariff, so we don't receive all the $).

Make sure we don't keep the 10% for us, I can personally guarantee for it.
