So I've reported 2 hackers on 23 march, and my ticket is still open.

In every game, I join there is at least 1 player that plays with map hack in an obvious mode.

My question is this: Should we still report if no one is checking these reports?

Maybe the staff should try and name a lot more admins(after talking with them and having at least 6k+hours) with a lot of experience that can take at least 30 minutes to 1 hour per day to check these reports and hand out some bans.
