the problem arises from the anti-hack system (finally iccup is doing

something more aggressive towards this issue).

Unfortunately, I have not used any hack program and I am willing to provide with logs or whatever is needed. I insist because I would like to keep my account that I have all this time.

I have not used mh nor do I create multiple accounts everytime etc.

The anti-hack system of iccup on my pc is up to date. I do not know what

else I should do.

I would also ask kindly to discuss with an admin and not lock it immediately. I filled also an issue under the technical support and I am still waiting.

I keep a windows installation just for the sake of playing dota!

edit: i cannot locate my account in the banned accounts at all, although there is a reason "using hacks". If I cannot log into due to "hacking software" why am I not banned officially?
