So players from the enemy team are muting me when i play mid when i don't say anything?Isn't that abuse? Should not this be punishable? I can't say miss ,i can't communicate with my team? This should be banable for 1 week for abuse of mute. If there is such a punishment where can i make a complaint for this? what category?

Everyone can use mute without any reason. Also if there are high games between some teams mute option it's very good ideea to block communications between opponents team. Also mute it's only 10 minutes, but yes as you said in your topic abuse of it all the game it's bad and broke the game.

Well it's kinda of un unfair advantage but i guess if you pay money nothing else matters.In my delusion i thought muting is for when other players are being toxic or spamming the chat.

You know, it's ICCup and there's no democracy bro. I faced same problems but nothing to solve here... Big part of admins are also kinda that type of players, now imagine, who will solve your problem?
