For the last month I've raised 3 maphack requests. All requests have strong proofs and players obviously used maphack. Most of the requests haven't been reviewed for 2-3 weeks.

Today I've recieved a message that all tickets closed because events had place last season.

How it's possible that maphackers are not punished? New seasons doesn't stop maphackers to use maphack. What is the reason of such connivance?

It takes time to prepare ticket/to find seconds and finally provide strong proof in order to clean up such trash players from iccup.
