The new Support section allows you to report all kinds of complaints and solve any issues you may have.

Quick Access

Now it takes literally a few clicks to make a report anyone who screwed up your game. The Support section can be accessed by clicking on the Support button at the Main page or the Support tab at the top of every page.

Easy Reporting

In order to ask a question or create a complaint, you just need to: Game/Service -> Complaint Type -> Describe your Problem!
All communication within the support ticket happens privately, no one except you and the iCCup Administration can see the conversation.
Also, you do not need to go back to the matchlist to get your points back, instead you simply specify the game you need help with right in the Support section, all in one place!

Notifications

All tickets are available with one click in the My questions page. No need to store links or keep track of the forums. Moreover, with each new response to your ticket, you'll receive a notification on the website AND a personal message.

New Level of Quality

The new Support section will greatly help improve the response times from the iCCup Administration and the quality of these replies. 
If you feel like an administrator did not completely solve your issue, you can re-open your support ticket even after an administrator has closed it. No more need to recreate topics if you still have any questions.

The Next Step

This is only the first version of help system and much remains to be done. Our next plans: Add the ability to quickly report matches and issues through the iCCup Launcher, implement the matchlist, and much more!

Most importantly: the start has been made and we are open for suggestions.
