Please check the rules for related tour type:
2.1. Is allowed:
2.1.1 The users can create and lead tournaments for users of the iCCup platform.
2.2. Is prohibited:
2.2.1Creating tournaments and leading them on other platforms
Punishment: a ban from 3 to 30 days
2.2.2 Creating tournaments with a cash contribution
Punishment: the user will be permanently banned
2.2.3 Creating tournaments without rules
Punishment: the tournament will be deleted.
2.2.4 Creating tournaments with wrong name( name of tournament must contain the type of tournament, mod of tournament or the name of a hero, on which tournament will be leaded)
Punishment: the tournament will be deleted.
2.2.5 Using all variations of «iCCup» in the name of tournaments.
Punishment: the tournament will be deleted.
2.2.6 Using banners of official iCCup tournaments
Punishment: the tournament will be deleted.
2.2.7 Creating tournaments for terms more then one month
Punishment: the tournament will be deleted.
3.1. Publications:
3.1.1 Posts, which are prohibited in accordance with legislation of Russian Federation
and Ukraine, including racist expressions,
propaganda of drugs and others.
Punishment: a ban from 1 to 3 year; from 3 year to permanent
3.1.2 Public distibution/quotation of a personal correspondence without author's agreement
Punishment: a ban from 3 to 30 days
3.1.3 Placing multimedia with sexual maintenance, plenty of blood, images of sadism or masochism, murders, drugs, attributes and
symbolics of nazism, swear words; publication of references to the pornographic resources or placing files, which consist of elements of pornography.
Publication of information, which consist of a hacker maintenance or different bugs or deficiencies of iCCup, is also forbidden.
Punishment: a ban from 7 days to permanent
3.1.4 Publication of a false information or unconfirmed information from official sources. Also publication of information which can mislead the users of iCCup.
Punishment: a ban from 3 to 14 days, in some cases-30 days.
3.1.5 Posts, which offense honour and dignity of the iCCup(objective critisicm is welcomed)
Punishment: a ban from 30 days to permanent
3.1.6 Posts, which consist of a great number of swear words or phrases.
Punishment: a ban from 3 to 14 days
3.2. Wrongdoings:
3.2.1 Flood-is a senseless or empty information, which doesn't carry any meanings, for example: "+1", «ahahah» or message which contains only smileys. Smiley also
doesn't carry any meanings
Punishment: the post will be deleted. In cases of abusing, the user can be banned on a term from 3 to 30 days
3.2.2 Overquoting-using more then 3 quotes from other commentaries in a post.
Punishment: the post will be deleted. In cases of abusing, the user can be banned on a term from 3 to 30 days
3.2.3 Off-top — posts, which are not associated with the following tournament.
Punishment: the post will be deleted. In cases of abusing, the user can be banned on a term from 3 to 30 days
3.2.4 Provoking conflict or making other intentional actions, which provoke other users to violate the rules.
Punishment: a ban from 10 to 60 days
3.2.5 To abuse ranks on the site.
Punishment: a permanent ban.
3.3. Offenses:
3.3.1 Direct or indirect insults, which offense honour and dignity of a certain person.
Punishment: a ban from 3 to 14 days
3.3.2 Direct or indirect insults, which offense relatives of a person.
Punishment: a ban from 4 to 30 days
3.3.3 Insults, which contains racism.
Punishment: a 30 days ban
3.4. Administration:
3.4.1 To insult the administration
Punishment: a ban from 7 days to permanent
3.4.2 Impersonate himself as an administrator of iCCup(phrases such as: «i am admin», «my friend is admin» etc.)
Punishment: a ban from 30 days to permanent
3.4.3 Leading astray or lying to administration.
Punishment: a ban from 30 days to permanent
3.4.4 Public disscussion of administrator's actions. If you dont agree with actions of administrator, please refer to section «An appellate against punishment»
Punishment: a ban from 14 day to permanent
3.5. Commerce:
3.5.1 Selling/buying the account/account's stats on our platform
Punishment: a permanent ban, the stats will be cleared and the account will be locked.
3.5.2 Selling/buying/exchanging the keys or invites for difffent games, for example «DOTA 2»
Punishment: a ban from 14 days to permanent
3.6. Ads(advertisement):
3.6.1 Placing of any type of advertisement of goods or services without coordination with administration of the Tournament section
Punishment: a ban from 30 days to permanent
3.6.2 Obtrusive advertising, including the advertising of the resourses of internet.
Punishment: a permanent ban
3.6.3 Placing of any type of advertisement, which consist of information about the web-sites of a hacker maintenance and also the advertisement
of different type of the programs that give advantages in a game above the honest users of a portal.

3.6.4 A spam is a mass distribution of posts with different maintenance (advertisement, informative),
dont comply with the theme of tournaments, and a publication of the same type comments in all tournaments.

4.1 Administration has a possibility to interpret contentious issues, which are not specified clearly in the standing rules
at their own discretion and decide on punishments and penalties, following their life experience and common sense.
4.2 Administation of iCCup can refuse in the grant of playing service without explanation of reasons to any users
4.3 Administration is able to delete tournaments on their own discretion, and has the possibility to change as the rules of conduct as a text of the standing rules.
4.4 Ignorance of rules does not release you from responsibility.
4.5 Administrators are prohibited from participating in tournaments with nicknames with prefixes iCCup.
