Custom Tours Rules

1. The main provisions of the tournaments

1.1. At the end of the game, the captain of the winning team must save the replay and within 5 minutes after the end of the game send it to the theme of the tournament. It is forbidden to load replays into the grid by yourself.

1.2. All games are played on iCCup bots.

1.3. In case of dispute between the teams for the choice of the bot is selected /Bot RU1

1.4. In case of a dispute between the teams for the choice of latency is selected-lat 50. For players with Pro-account is selected-lat 25

1.5. Disputes between players over the choice of side or host for the game are decided by team captains using the-roll command in the DotA map (/chost dota). Who will drop a higher number-he chooses the side and host.

1.6. All claims on the result of the games are accepted for consideration within 15 minutes after the end of the game. If no claims are received within the specified period, the result of the game is not reviewed.

1.7. Before you start playing, make sure that the administrator has promoted you to the tournament grid / issued a replacement permit. If this not happened-play the next round of forbidden

1.8. For the tournament to take place you need at least 5 teams.

2. Pauses and extra time.

2.1. Teams have 5 minutes before the match to set up and prepare.

2.2. In case of absence of all players or part of the team within 15 minutes after the appearance of the grid, the team receives a technical defeat.

2.3. In case of absence of all players or part of the team within 10 minutes after advancing on the grid, the team receives a technical defeat.

2.4. Pauses are allowed only during breaks between rounds or battles. The maximum pause time is 3 minutes.

2.5. Pauses during battle are prohibited. If the player pauses during the battle-a replay will be assigned.

2.6. If a player, losing, specially put a pause during the battle to be assigned a replay-his team will receive a technical defeat.

2.7. Before you put a pause, the team must notify the opponents after how many and for how many minutes it pauses. Permission to pause the opponents do not need to ask.

2.8. At the end of the stated time, the opposing team removes the pause, warning their opponents about it.

2.9. A player or team may take extra time once for the entire tournament. The maximum amount of time is 10 minutes.

2.9.1 the Administrator has the right to refuse additional time if the player or team delays the tournament grid.

3. Bugs and foul play.

3.1. It is forbidden to use any bugs, cheats and programs that hack the game or maps (map hack, trainer and others).

3.2. It is forbidden to give allies gold, wood and any other items, except for potions of Mana and HP for their further use ally.

3.2.1. It is forbidden to sell handed to you potions to restore Mana and HP.

3.3. It is forbidden to ask an opponent to lose. This is regarded as a Scam.

3.4. In case of foul play, the team will receive a technical defeat.

4. Replacements

4.1. Each team has the right to replace one player.

4.2. Substitutions in 1x1 tournaments are prohibited.

4.3. It is forbidden to take a replacement player already participating in this tournament.

4.4. It is forbidden to participate twice in the same tournament.

4.5. In case of victory of the team with replacement caps are divided between the players depending on the number of rounds played.

5. RMC (replay), disconnects.

5.1. A «disconnect» is any disconnection of a network connection during a game due to a system, network, computer, or power problem.

5.2. If the player has a disconnect within 5 minutes after the start of the game-the administrator assigns a replay.

5.2.1 Under repeated disconnection a rematch is possible only in cases of mutual consent of the teams or when the game process has not begun.

5.3. Only one replay is possible for each team in one round.

5.4. In case of disconnection of a player in a team game, the remaining players have the right to finish the game with an unequal composition.

5.5. In the case of RMC, the game is replayed on the same heroes and races as the previous one.

5.6. The administration of the tournament has the right to refuse a replay if it believes that the tournament is delayed or the teams intentionally want to delay it.

 

6. Disqualification (technical defeat).

6.1. Disqualification refers to the expulsion of a player or team from the tournament.

6.2. Teams are disqualified from the tournament for the following reasons:

— No-show at the tournament.

— Promotion of himself in the tournament by pouring replays into the grid(for this there is a separate topic.

— Use any bugs and cheats.

— The use of any programs, hacking the game or maps (map hack, trainer and others).

— Voluntary withdrawal of the player from the game in 1x1 tournaments.

— Use of intentional disconnect.

— Participation in the tournament when you are in the black list (in team tournaments disqualified the entire TEAM, in which the player is seen in the black list).

— Registration for the tournament of several accounts by one person.

— Playing under someone else's nickname.

— Player kicked Anti-Hack Launcher.

— The deception of the administration of the tournament.

— Insult (by any type) players or referees in the game or on the channel.

— Abandonment of stream.

6.3. Any technical problem that prevents a player or team from starting the game will be regarded as a technical defeat.

6.4. Participation from an account that was registered less than 14 days ago. If you manage to finish the tournament with such an account, caps will not be issued.

7. Ban accounts and inclusion in the Black lis

7.1. For registering to the tournament several accounts by a single player, the offender will receive a ban of accounts and entering them in a blacklist for a period of 14 days.

7.2. Upon confirmation of participation in the tournament and failure to appear at the tournament, players receive a ban and are disqualified from entering the account in the black list, for a period of 7 days.

7.3. For the use of any bugs or cheats violators will receive a ban accounts and blacklisting them for a period of 14 days.

7.4. For insulting the administration of the tournament, players will receive a ban of accounts and blacklisting them for a period of 14 days.

7.5. For cheating the administration of the tournament, players will receive a ban of accounts and blacklisting them for a period of 14 days.

 7.6. Registration for the tournament partner, without his knowledge or consent, the offender will receive a ban of your account and entering it into a blacklist for a period of 14 days.

 7.7. For the transfer of the account violators will receive a ban and will be blacklisted for a period of 30 days up to indefinitely.

7.8. For insult (on any type) participant’s tournament's players will gain ban accounts and bringing their in black list on term from 7 days.

8. Other

8.1. The administration has the right to treat disputes not expressly stipulated in these rules at its discretion and make a decision, guided by life experience and common sense.

8.2. The tournament administration has the right to change and Supplement these rules at any time at its discretion.

8.3. Super admin Custom Tournaments Section can prohibit participation in the tournament or disqualify a player without explanation.
