In Feburary the broodwar.de's newswriter Celetuiw announced a new event: The German King of the Hill. The idea was straight forward, Germanies best players should engage in friendly matches to determine who's the best. Three episodes and a special event have since passed, giving the Brood War fans a few hours of entertainment.

So far Cryoc has occupied the throne without much difficulty. The last episode featured a longer best of series between the newschool Terran from team iFU and the former German National B Team Leader and player kab.

For the next episode another Protoss will challenge the succesful Terran. EnjoyMe, known as capable 2v2 and 1v1 player and streamer is trying to become the first kingslayer.

The entire event will be casted in German by Celetuiw and Redwarrior. For now, there's no confirmed information about a potential secondary stream in English.
