This is the error name from the log:

"12/10 19:07:03.712 Error, frame "AllianceDialog" already encountered!"

I reported that log 2 weeks ago, and still nothing...

Update:

After installing everything from beginning, i could not even open the dota right now.

After installing:

Warcraft III 1.21b ROC Installer enGB

2. Warcraft III 1.21b TFT Installer enGB

3. War3TFT_126a_English

And i run the patch as administrator, the game could not be launched it simply drops.

Please keep me updated when the fix is ready for the following steps.
