I play LTD 1x1 one after another game.

Recently I realized that even though I won the game, it is counted as a loss for me. Losing points, ladder and winrate.

Then I decided to follow closely and be sure about it. AND I CATCH THIS TIME. I just won a game 5 min ago against a player called Drapok (can be a nickname close to it) and it is seen as a loss.

WHAT IS GOING ON? Can you please check and solve this problem permanently and give my points back!?
