Thanks and just to report my problem here, my iccup launcher can not start after click the launcher icon. My current location is in Ethiopia of Africa now, and I am sure my internet connection is good because even I can connect and play DOTA in another Chinese Client (with lag however). Is there anyone meet the similar problem ?

Am I the only one who meet the launch problem ? I tried to re-install the ICCUP launcher and still can not start the program . And I don't understand Russian language so cant read Russian information in this forums. So sad .
