Why is no one looking at reports for Maphackers? I have posted a report 20+ days ago, with some additional comments on it, but no one has bothered to check it so far..... My friend who has VIP and hosts bans the hackers from our games, but when he is not there, they can still join and ruin games i am in. My reports are legit and the maphack is easy to spot, but no one checks the reports or bans hackers, which is why 50% of the server plays with maphack. Not to hate on some nationalities but they play with Maphack more than others... considerably. Which is why 10 years ago in Garena they were the weakest lobby, cuz maphackers were banned and all that was left was average players. Learn to play w/o maphack, and ICCUP - please pay more attention to hackers. Some of us are paying real money for your services and you provide us with a server full of unpunished hackers...........

To think there would be at least a courtesy reply by now.

Admins, you need to ban maphackers to make a better community - its the most basic rule of hosting a server. Just open my account, and review the ticket thats waiting since 27 Jan 2021. Might as well review the other one too lol. I am sorry for spamming, but i want to get a reply.

MapHack looks the same in all languages ... and I don't know anyone who may not have been able to use the google translator.

The thing is - it doesnt take much for the trained eye to condemn someone a maphacker and ban him. Seeing as the users arent that many, and i see the same people again after a few games, i think there arent much reports. But even if there were - a review cant take more than 20-30 mins and mine has waited for almost 1 month.

Also when i tell a maphacker i will report him and get him banned, he just laughs.... Its like they know nothing is gonna happen. I am sure there are people in the server who would want to help and become moderators and review reports - if you dont have enough people - add some.

I honestly dont know what the reason is. I wanna get my other friends to play here but they just go "WC3 is full of hackers, better go Dota 2" and they are fuckin right....
