General rules
1.1. Your announce must totally comply with the chat rules and behavior rules.
1.2. There are 48 symbols allowed in the announcement message.
1.3. The site announcement is developed with the idea — the active users to be able to share important, needed and interesting events, news, messages regarding the portal. There are allowed links in the announcement, of course only inside iccup.com.
1.4. Before publishing — your announcement will be reviewed by our moderators and if it complies with the rules — it will be published within minutes or hours depending on the queue of the announcements.
1.5. Before publishing — you can check if everything is correct and if you have mistyped any word. Also, you will see approximate time to be published regarding the already sent announcements and an approximate time for review by moderator.
1.6. Your message will be shown for minimum of 10 minutes, after then until a new announcement is published.
1.7. The moderators has the rights to deny announcements on their own jurisdiction without further explanation.
1.8. If you message does not pass moderation — your caps will be returned.
2.1. Messages which are against the laws of Republic of Russian and Ukraine, in this matter — racism, any type of propaganda and so on.
2.2. It is forbidden to share information with hack character (mention hack tools, bugs, cheats) and flaws on the iCCup platform.
2.3. Share or exchange information which is not officially approved or information that might mislead a user.
2.4. Publishing texts which offend the honor and dignity of iCCup's site (an objective review with the appropriate behavior — will be allowed).
2.5. Publish messages on politics' topics or provocations between nations, religions, etc.
2.6. Advertisements. Only links inside iccup.com will be published.
2.7. Flood, spam, non-sense and inappropriately minor messages.
2.8. Insults in any form.
2.10. Mention loving relatives and so on. Use the 'Флейм / Flood' forum for such stuff.
2.11. Selling stuff.
2.12. Sharing information about other people without their knowledge and approval.
2.13. Discuss admin actions. For this kind of stuff, you can use the Support board.
