Site Announce
iCCup has been refreshed with Site announce feature, which was added as test one a couple of months ago and is now fully operating.
As you might assume from the name it’s a simple announcement maker but let’s get a bit more detailed about it shall we ?
What is it for ?
This feature is made to show to whole community what you want to tell them.
It goes on top of the website so when published everyone who goes on the site sees it. It looks like this.

Maximum number of Words that you will be able to put in one announcement is 48 symbols and every publishment is reviewed by our moderators before posting.
You should check the rules before posting and do it inhere.
There is one more interesting thing in here. For example I go and publish message:
“ Hey there, new rules are here !” I can put link in that message ( which You won’t see ) and it will lead people to my thread just by clicking on my message.
Just before publishing there is an option where you can check or leave unchecked box which will show or hide nickname of a person that published message.
◊ Show your nickname in front of the message (option with checkbox)
There is also one cool thing called community assessment.
Its shown as + and a number as you can see above on picture where it says “+40”.
If You want to put plus on a post, it will be enough just to click on the icon of the post and its done.
With this feature you can see do people like your post or not.
So how can you use this feature ?!
First- To activate this one you have to Login on your account and go in our familiar web shop which you can find on old location J (right here) OR just click on the plus button on the end of published message. ( that will lead you on the same place where we are going right now )
I won’t take you on such a detailed tour so after clicking this Store button you will enter in familiar place.
Go on the bottom of it to “Individuality” section. It should be between “ I am Rich “ and “Flag”
After choosing “Site announce” You’ll get a window same as this one bellow.
Choose an icon, type message and depends on that message add link for forwarding people to that location or not and choose to be unknown author or represent your nickname on very own beginning of the message.
It will cost 11 caps and Your message will be shown fast !
In case that your post doesn’t obey rules for publishing, your caps will be returned and message will NOT be published.
Time limit for the shown message will be at least 1 minute and it will last until someone else publishes new one.
Some of the ideas that you might use with this feature might be !
— Promote your clanpage / call people to join or challenge it.
— Tell everyone how good player are you !
— Challenge someone to play something that you play the best.
— Ask where you can go and sign in for tournament
— Show people your latest video update
Hint- Hyperlinks that you are putting on featured message can be redirection to an iCCup link only.
