To mute everyone in the game, simply type /ia, and it’ll mute all players until you re-type it (and it will unmute everyone). If you want to mute a specific player, you’ll need to purchase an item called MUTE from the shop.
To hide signals on the minimap, type /HideminimapSignals, and you won’t see any signals anymore. This is especially helpful if players are spamming signals.

As Frosty said, there is an option to disable chat completely which is used with command /ia or /ignoreall which will disable chat, you won't be able to see it at all (whole communication is disabled for you)
In case that someone is spamming with pings on mini map you would use command /hideminimapsignals which will disable them
Or answer to your initial question, you would buy some capps (if you need assistance with this contact me in dm)
So after purchasing caps, you would go to our store iccup.com
After purchasing, you would be able to use command /mute, for example there is an iCCup.Maneken on slot 3 who is spamming and getting on your nerves, you would type in /mute 3 and iCCup.Maneken wouldn't be able to chat for the next 10 minutes.
