Some people type -ff for no reason and to prevent that spam its set for 15 mins
I totally DISagree with you))
The game can be unwinnable in 10 minutes. Especially in 83 map you can comeback even after 40 minutes and you say about 10 minutes???

furion feeds from 0 minute (tp to enemy fountain)
game already lost, but NOOOO you have to wait 15 minutes.

If someone is feeding you can kick him and after the game report him
Limit is 15 those are the rulz.
