Ⅰ. GENERAL PROVISIONS

Ⅱ. FORBIDDEN

2.4. Posting multimedia information containing scenes of a sexual nature, large amounts of blood, images of sadism or masochism, murders, drugs, attributes and symbols of Nazism; publishing links to pornographic resources or posting files with elements of pornography.

Punishment: ban from 7 days (with minimal violation in this area) to *indefinitely* if the violation intersects with the law.

3. Creating topics that do not comply with the rules of the forum:

3.1. Placement of topics in sections that do not correspond to the topic.

Punishment: Closing or moving the topic to the appropriate section. In some cases, the ban is from 3 days.

3.2. Creating topics with vague names, for example: "Help....", "Important", "Admins read ...". The use of unnecessary, meaningless sets of characters in the names of topics, for example: ">>>+Mega-theme+

4. Spam and abuz rating:

4.1. Spam — mass mailing of messages of various nature (advertising, informational) that do not correspond to the topic of the forum, sections, branches (within the framework of discussions), including the publication of the same type of messages, meaningless and low-content information that does not carry a semantic load, for example, messages: "+1", "uhaha" or messages written with emoticons (emoticons also do not carry sufficient semantic load) in different sections / branches of the forum and forums in general.

4.2. Abuz rating on the forum, website.

Punishment: ban until * indefinitely*.

5. Insults and provocations:

5.1. Insults against another user or an entire group of users.

5.2. Publication of topics and posts concerning national origin, race, religious views.

• Actions aimed at inciting hatred or enmity by humiliating the dignity of one person or a group of users, using personal insults of a direct and indirect nature on national and racial grounds.

• Insulting the country, the anthem, the coat of arms.

• Insulting faith, gods and religious values.

• Provocations to develop a dispute (aggression) against the background of national, racial and religious hostility.

• Publication of topics and posts on political topics, publication of political news that provoke conflicts between users.

Punishment: ban from 7 days to *indefinitely*.

5.3. Actions aimed at humiliating the dignity of a person by insulting his relatives.

Punishment: ban from 7 days.

6. Trading:

6.1. Sale/purchase/exchange of your account/stats on our server.

Punishment: ban until * indefinitely*.

6.2. Sale / purchase / exchange of keys or invites to various games. For example, Dota2.

Punishment: ban from 14 days.

7. Administration:

7.1. Public discussion of the administration's actions. If you do not agree with the decision of the administration – write to the section "Support""DotA Allstars""Complaints against admin".

Punishment: ban from 7 days to *indefinitely*.

7.2. Misleading or deliberate deception of the administration.

Punishment: account ban from 14 days to *indefinitely*.

7.3. Impersonating a representative of the administration.

Punishment: account ban from 14 days to *indefinitely*.

7.4. Insulting the Administration.

Punishment: account ban from 7 days to *indefinitely* or up to IP ban.

7.5. Public citation of personal correspondence with the Administration.

Punishment: ban for up to 14 days.

7.6. Publication of a text that offends the honor and dignity of the iCCup website (an objective assessment in an adequate form is welcome).

Punishment: ban from 7 days to 14 days. In exceptional cases — 30 days.

8. Advertising:

8.1. Placement of any type of advertising of goods or services on the forum without the consent of the forum administration. Advertisers should contact here.

Also intrusive advertising, including advertising of Internet resources.

(in the situation of implicit advertising, see paragraph 9.4).

Punishment: ban from 14 days to * indefinitely*.

8.2. Placement of any advertising that carries information about hacker content sites and advertisements of various kinds of programs that give privileges in the game over honest users of the portal.

Punishment: ban until * indefinitely*.

Exceptions: Links to useful programs for the game (hockey and the like) are NOT advertising.

9. Other:

9.1. Deliberate dissemination of information related to the personal life of another person without his consent. Sexual harassment.

9.2. The publication of links to files in the message or the publication of the files themselves that contradict the legislation of Russia, Ukraine, are the object of intellectual property, the copying of which is prohibited by the owners of the original.

9.3. Publication of information by third parties: only the user himself is responsible for the information posted "from under" the user's account. The administration recommends that you do not allow third parties to use your accounts.

9.4. The Administration has the right to interpret controversial issues and make decisions that are not explicitly stipulated in these rules at its discretion and make a decision on punishments and penalties, guided by life experience and common sense.

9.5. The administration of the iCCup platform has the right to refuse to provide any User with a gaming service without explanation.

9.6. Using Forum bugs. If you find a flaw, then you do not need to use it, inform the Administration about it.

9.7. Placement of malicious links. When uploading a file, you need to attach a report from the site www.virustotal.com or upload it to Яндекс.Диск. Otherwise, your file may be regarded as malicious.

Ⅲ. NOT WELCOME

1. Provisions of a recommendatory nature:

1.1. Discussion of personal issues in the topic (there are private messages for this).

1.2. The use of colors for no reason, as well as the abuse of capital letters in topics and messages.

1.3. Abuse of emoticons in messages or the use of several repeated emoticons in a row.

1.4. Using transliteration (use www.translit.ru).

1.5. Flood and offtop in working topics from the Administration (meaningless and low-content messages that do not carry a semantic load or messages that are not related to the topic under discussion).

1.6. Obscene, profanity of a non-directional nature that does not offend anyone specifically. You can veil rude words (for example, asterisks).

Ⅳ. ADMINISTRATION (includes everyone who is included in the "Administrators" list)

You can find out the list of administrators at the moment here.

1.1. Head Admin (HA) – the chief administrator, his decisions are final and are not subject to discussion or reconsideration.

1.2. Forum Super Admin (SA) is the chief administrator of the forum, whose main tasks include monitoring the activities of Forum Full Admins, as well as monitoring compliance with the rules on the forum as a whole.

1.3. Forum Full Admin (FA) – an administrator who identifies a violation of the rules on the forum and punishes for it.

Forum Full Admin has exclusive rights in its section, including the right to delete messages, as well as hide user topics.

1.4. The Administration has the right to punish the user who violated the rules of the forum: temporarily or indefinitely deprive him of the right to leave messages on the forum or the right to access the site.

1.5. TRIAL Administrator — a new administrator whose powers are limited, and all his actions are subject to mandatory verification by higher administrators.

1.6. If you think that TA/FA behaves incorrectly, you can report it in the section "Support""DotA Allstars""Complaints against admin".

1.7. If you think that SA (super-administrator) behaves incorrectly, you can report it in the "Support""DotA Allstars""Complaints against admin".

1.8. Complaints concerning the "Help" section are not considered in personal messages by administrators (including, "Complaints about admins", when you disagree with the decision made on a specific gaming complaint).

Ⅴ. СOMMENTS

1.1. Ignorance or misunderstanding of the rules does not exempt from liability for their violation.

1.2. If you think that you have been punished unfairly, you should not discuss it publicly. Create a topic in the "Support""DotA Allstars""Complaints against admin" — this is the only official form of filing a complaint.

1.3. The Forum administration reserves the right to edit or delete messages and topics without further explanation.

1.4. The Forum administration has the right to restrict the user's rights, up to a complete shutdown.

1.5. The ban can be removed ahead of time only by the same representative of the administration who issued it, or by a higher administrator, if the injustice of the ban received by the user has been proven.
