Thanks first, I do not understand Russian language, just to report my problem here. My iccup launcher can not start after click the launcher icon. My current location is in Ethiopia of Africa now, and I am sure my internet connection is good because even I can connect and play DOTA in another Chinese Client (with lag however). Is there anyone meet the similar problem? I tried to re-install the ICCUP launcher, restart my PC and still can not start the program .

Thank you all , the problem has been solved after I uninstall the current one and installed a beta version Launcher .
