I need some help. I have donated through the iccup platform and payed with Litecoins, but did not get any cups. In the payment page it says that the waiting time for the cups to get into the account is 30 minutes. But it's been 4 hours and there's still no sign of the cups. Can someone please help? It would be much appreciated.

Is there any email or thread where I can get in touch with an admin?? No one is answering. This is ridiculous.
