in last 2 hours i got 3 times crashed!!!!

i want to complain ,

please help me i got - in ranking please fix it and give me my points back

yea happened to me to! every game i play it crashes in the middle of it... and one time it crashed 1 min before end! Please fix this ICCUP!!!!!
