Sometimes there are disconnects and they cannot be avoided, since we have a ladder system, they have a negative effect on statistics. For such cases, this section was created. Below are compared the rules by which you can return your well-deserved statistics.
1. We return game statistics if:
1.1 You disconnected after activating the ladder.
1.2 At least half of the players disconnect (disconnects of all players are on the replay and do not contradict the conditions of returning game statistics);
1.3 The system counted you defeat instead of win;
1.4 You left the game NOT THE FIRST before activating the ladder, but you were given a leave for the game;
1.5 You have been desynchronized;
1.6 You have been disconnected without waiting time, for example:
You have been disconnected from the server.
Attempting to reconnect… (120 seconds remain)
Reconnection rejected by server!
1.7 If during the time of the other player’s drop / drop before the activation of the ladder or immediately after its activation, someone has time to activate it;
Note: you have 10 sec to leave the game after activating the ladder to return game statistics.
1.8 The game failed due to the change of the nickname and the system did not accrue points to the playing users.
2. We do not return game statistics if:
2.1 You do not have a replay;
2.2 You disconnected (or just left the game) before the ladder was activated (exceptions pp 1.4; 1.5);
2.3 Allies kicked you with the -kickafk team;
2.4 You left the game voluntarily, before it ended (exception pp 1.7);
2.5 In your team or the team of opponents there was a noob / liver / offender (except for paragraph 1.7);
Note: cancellation of the game due to feeder / buguser / hacker occurs through the following sections: Report feeder / Buguse / Hack .
2.6 You had terrible lags and stuff;
2.7 Allies left, and you decided to play an unequal composition;
2.8 You have a mouse bug (you could not select anything, walk as a hero, etc.);
2.9 You have made / bought a reset / transfer statistics. The motives of this act do not concern us, your hands are your problems.
Return statistics as follows:
Team that LOST game — remove defeat and leave.
The team WON the game — fix points as they were, fix wins/loses/leaves.
The player played 2/3 of the game, the team WON the game — equating the points to the victory, remove leave and defeat.
Note: when considering complaints, purchased ladder bonus, Strike bonus and Ladder armor will not be taken into account.

A ladder activation is the moment when the ladder system is activated and if it is safe to exit the second and further before activating the ladder, then after activation it is safe to go out anyway. This very moment comes after FB (first blood), after Roshan’s death or five minutes after the release of the first wave of creeps.
Statistics include game points, wins, losses and leaves.
To file a complaint you need to have a replay and the game to be in the Match list.
The replay of the last game is saved in the Wracraft> Replay> LastReplay.w3g folder.
If your case meets the requirements and conditions for returning statistics, you must file a complaint through the Help .
If you made an erroneous transfer, you need to contact the section Error Transfer of Points . Describe your problem as accurately as possible.
The administration has the right to treat controversial issues, at its discretion, and make a decision, guided by life experience and common sense.
If you do not agree with this or that decision of the administrator, you can file your complaint in a special section viewed by the senior administration.
